Shokz, a leader in Open-Ear headphone technology, has unveiled two new headphone models set to launch in Australia: the OpenDots ONE and the OpenFit 2+. These new products aim to expand Shokz’s portfolio, offering options for diverse user needs.

OPENDOTS ONE

  • Open-ear fit with clip on, ultra-light design (6.5g per bud)
  • Skin-soft silicone coating for a secure, cushioned fit
  • BassphereTM + Dolby Audio for rich, balanced sound
  • 10 hours playtime (40 hours charging case)
  • Wireless charging support
  • IP54 water resistance for everyday durability

The OpenDots ONE marks Shokz’s first foray into an ear-clip design. This model is designed for everyday light use, such as walking, shopping, or dining, combining a stylish aesthetic with Shokz’s signature Open-Ear format that allows users to remain aware of their surroundings. Weighing only 6.5g, the OpenDots ONE features Shokz JointArc technology and a super-thin 0.19mm titanium alloy for an automatic fit. Skin-soft silicone enhances the secure fit and provides cushioning. Despite its compact size, it delivers impressive sound quality through Bassphere technology, utilising two 11.8mm drivers for deep bass and clear highs, along with Dolby Audio optimisation.

The OpenDots ONE offers 10 hours of playtime on a single charge, extending to 40 hours with the charging case. It also boasts an IP54 water resistance rating, making it suitable for light contact with water, like rain or sweat.

OPENFIT 2+

  • DualBoost drivers for deeper bass and crisp highs
  • Improved focused sound with DirectPitch 2.0
  • 11 hours of battery (up to 48 with the case)
  • Physical buttons for easy control
  • IP55 water resistance

The OpenFit 2+ enhances the existing OpenFit range, offering improved sound quality, next-level comfort, and the renowned Open-Ear benefits. This model is designed for active users who want everyday headphones supporting workouts. It features upgraded audio technology with two drivers instead of one, Dolby Audio enhancements, and an extended battery life of up to 48 hours with the charging case. The OpenFit 2+ incorporates Shokz’s industry-first DualBoost technology, with separate low-frequency and high-frequency units for dynamic sound. DirectPitch 2.0, Shokz’s second-generation Open-Ear technology, ensures sound is directed accurately to the ears with reduced sound leakage.

Users can manage calls and music using the new physical buttons. The OpenFit 2+ provides up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge, and a quick ten-minute charge yields two hours of listening time. With an IP55 water resistance rating, the earbuds are resistant to sweat and splashes, suitable for non-aquatic sports.
