It’s incredible to think that IFA, Europe’s massive technology consumer electronics and appliances show started in Germany 100 years ago.

The name IFA is a throwback to its humble radio beginnings – Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (International radio exhibition Berlin). From a radio exhibition in its early years, IFA quickly advanced to showing the first televisions in the late 1920s.

IFA 2024 has attracted more than 1,800 global exhibitors, 125 speakers and at least 182,000 visitors from 139 countries.
