Up close with Sony’s WH-1000XM5 Headphones
We take a look and listen at Sony’s industry leading noise cancelling headphones, the WH-1000XM5s. It’s a new design and improved on the inside too. It’s the best noise cancelling without question in my opinion.
More comfortable than previous models but if you have the previous model there’s no need to upgrade. Because the M4s are still excellent. But if your still holding onto the M3s or some other brand that’s getting a bit old, then these are worth a look/listen.

Jabra TALK 65 Headset
On the other end of the audio scale I showed off the Jabra TALK 65 mono Bluetooth headset. These are not for music they are for talking. A lot of talking. So if you are on the phone all the time and want good call quality with a boom mic this is the headset for you. According to Jabra you’ll get 14 hours talk time while streaming all the usual stuff like GPS maps and media plus digital assistant interaction.

Getting locked out of your Apple account
Tim had some drama during the week after forgetting his Apple password. He was desperate and frustrated and needed help fast as his whole life was in his iPhone. The reason why it takes so long (a few days) after you contact apple is – they need to make sure it’s actually you and not a scammer. If you’re still logged in on your device and know your pin code the process is pretty simple. You can easily create a new password. If you forget you password and can’t get into your device you need to go iforgot.apple.com . This is where you start the process to reset your password.
You can take proactive steps like getting a RECOVERY KEY. Warning about this – if you lose it – then no one – even Apple will be able to get you back in. You should then sign up to a password manager service. You can store your Apple ID in there – including the recovery key and every single password you have online.
