Reolink’s latest security camera is offering AI-powered monitoring and extra data security. The Elite Floodlight WiFi is the world’s first floodlight camera to feature local AI Video Search. Users can swiftly locate the exact video clips they need using simple, descriptive phrases. Instead of searching through hours of footage, users can type phrases like “man in a white hoodie” or “black pickup truck” to instantly find matching events. The system supports search categories including people, vehicles, animals, and even packages.

Unlike other cloud systems, Reolink’s AI Video Search runs entirely on the device, with no subscription required. This means you’ll have private access to your video feed at home or in the office. This search capability is powered by ReoNeura, Reolink’s smart AI system. It has a 4K/8MP dual-lens with a 180° panoramic view and built-in floodlights that provide up to 3000 lumens of brightness.

KEY FEATURES

  • World’s First Local AI Video SearchBETA: Quickly uncover important moments by using search terms such as “man in a white hoodie.”
  • Ultra-Wide 180° 4K Panoramic View: Dual-lens technology delivers a seamless, blindspot-free view in crystal-clear 4K UHD, ideal for total coverage of driveways, yards, and commercial spaces.
  • Powerful, Adaptive 3000-Lumen Floodlights: Customisable lighting with smart modes (manual, dusk-to-dawn, motion-triggered) and the flexibility to switch between warm and cool light for both security and ambiance.
  • AI-Powered Precision Detection: Advanced AI accurately identifies people, vehicles, animals, and packages, greatly reducing false alarms and providing instant, targeted alerts.

This camera also features AI-powered motion detection that accurately distinguishes between people, vehicles, and animals—reducing false alarms and improving response precision. When activity is detected, users receive real-time app alerts and can trigger customisable warnings, such as sirens or voice messages.

Users can create customisable alert rules with smart AI: draw a virtual fence to monitor specific directions, define zones to trigger alarms when movement occurs, or set linger alerts for when people or vehicles remain too long in sensitive areas.  There’s Dusk-to-Dawn functionality for ambient light-based automation, and Motion-Triggered to activate lights, along with the siren (up to 105dB), if enabled, when people, vehicles, or animals are detected.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Reolink Elite Floodlight WiFi is now available in the Australian market through Reolink.com and Amazon, with a retail price starting from A$299.99.
