Samsung Electronics has unveiled its 2026 audio range, expanding its home sound ecosystem with more immersive performance, smarter connectivity and a stronger focus on design. The new line-up will be showcased at CES 2026 and includes a flagship Q-Series soundbar, new Sound Tower speakers and two all-new Wi-Fi speakers created in collaboration with renowned designer Erwan Bouroullec.
At the top of the range is the Q-Series HW-Q990H soundbar, an 11.1.4-channel system designed to deliver Samsung’s most immersive soundbar experience to date. New Sound Elevation technology lifts dialogue toward the centre of the screen for clearer speech, while Auto Volume helps maintain consistent audio levels when switching between content. With up-firing speakers, wireless rear channels and dual compact subwoofers, the system aims to recreate a true cinema-style experience without the complexity of a full home-theatre setup. Samsung Australia has confirmed the HW-Q990H will join its 2026 AV line-up, with local pricing and availability yet to be announced.
Alongside its soundbars, Samsung is introducing the new Music Studio 7 and Music Studio 5 Wi-Fi speakers, designed to blend expressive sound with interior-friendly aesthetics. Both models share a distinctive dot-inspired design by Bouroullec, intended to complement modern living spaces. The Music Studio 7 is the more immersive option, delivering spatial audio with top-firing speakers and support for high-resolution playback, while also integrating with compatible Samsung TVs and soundbars via Q-Symphony. The more compact Music Studio 5 focuses on balanced, room-filling sound in a gallery-style form, with smart connectivity including Wi-Fi streaming, Bluetooth and voice control. Samsung Australia has confirmed the Music Studio 7 will be available locally in black and white finishes as part of its 2026 range.

Smarter integration is a key theme across the 2026 line-up. Enhanced Q-Symphony allows multiple Samsung audio devices to work together with a Samsung TV, while SpaceFit Sound Pro automatically tunes audio based on room layout and speaker placement. Combined with SmartThings control, users can manage sound settings, group playback and music streaming through a single, unified interface.
Rounding out the range are the latest Sound Tower speakers, designed for energetic, social and outdoor listening. Together, Samsung’s 2026 audio line-up reflects a continued push toward sound systems that are powerful, flexible and easy to live with — tailored to how Australians listen to music, watch TV and entertain at home.
