Looking to upgrade your home network? ASUS has just announced the TUF Gaming BE9400, a powerful new WiFi 7 router designed for demanding users who require speed and stability. This router is designed to deliver a massive 9400Mbps of throughput across its tri-band network, making it an excellent option for high-speed gaming, 4K streaming, and managing a home full of smart devices.

Designed for Speed and Stability

The TUF Gaming BE9400 uses the latest WiFi 7 technology to provide a fast and reliable connection. It features ultrawide 320MHz channels and 4096-QAM modulation, which work together to boost data transfer rates and overall network efficiency.

One of the standout features is Multi-Link Operation (MLO). This technology enables the router to utilise multiple frequency bands (2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz) simultaneously, which helps improve connection stability and reduce lag—essential for a seamless gaming or streaming experience. This router is designed to cover up to 2,500 square feet, providing strong coverage for a typical home.

Built for Gamers

As a TUF Gaming product, the BE9400 is packed with features specifically for gamers. It has a dedicated gaming port that prioritises your gaming device to reduce lag. You can also activate Mobile Game Mode with a single tap in the ASUS app to optimise your mobile gaming sessions. The router also supports OpenNAT, which simplifies port forwarding for a better online gaming experience.

Beyond wireless performance, the router includes four 2.5G ports—one for the internet connection (WAN) and three for wired devices (LAN). This ensures that you have a multi-gigabit connection for high-speed devices like PCs, consoles, or network-attached storage (NAS) drives.

Secure and Smart Connectivity

Managing your home network is easy with the ASUS Router app. The router offers “Smart Home Master” subnetworks, allowing you to create separate WiFi networks for different purposes, such as one for your IoT devices, one for kids’ devices, and one for your main devices.

As is the case with a lot of networking hardware, Asus has ensured that Security is a top priority. The BE9400 includes AiProtection, a commercial-grade security suite, and safe browsing to protect your devices from online threats. For users who value privacy, the router comes with pre-installed VPN options and supports multiple VPN protocols, allowing you to connect up to 30 VPN clients.

Finally, the router supports WiFi 7 AiMesh, which lets you extend your network by adding other compatible ASUS routers. As a TUF-certified product, it’s also built for durability, ensuring long-term reliability.

The ASUS TUF Gaming BE9400 is available from Q4 2025 through retail channels with local pricing to be confirmed soon.
