Samsung’s 2025 OLED TV range will be available from next week, including a new 83-inch model, the biggest OLED ever sold by the tech giant. A third OLED series has been added to its range, with the Samsung OLED S85F supporting the OLED S95F and OLED S90F models.
It’s important to note that the S95F 83-inch model is not a QD-OLED panel.
The OLED S85F series will also offer 83-inch and 77-inch models and will begin selling in Australian retail stores next week, with the large screen Samsung OLED S95F and OLED S90F models to follow.
The flagship LED S95F TVs will feature Samsung’s new OLED Glare-free technology which does an amazing job to kill off reflections. You can see it in action here on last year’s model.
Through Vision AI, you’ll get 4K AI Upscaling with 128 AI neutral networks, Auto HDR Remastering Pro, Real Depth Enhancer Pro and OLED Brightness Booster.

All big screen Samsung OLED models spanning OLED S95F, OLED S90F, and OLED S85F models will provide Active Voice Amplifier Pro, Adaptive Sound Pro, and AI Auto Game mode alongside Pantone-Validated colour and OLED HDR technologies.
Samsung One UI is supported by a 7-year free OS upgrade on 2025 OLED models.
