Alienware has expanded its OLED gaming monitor lineup with two new displays aimed at very different gamers. The Alienware 32 4K OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3226Q) targets those chasing high-end image quality across PC and console, while the Alienware 25 560Hz QD-OLED (AW2527HX) is built for competitive and esports gaming.

Alienware 32 4K OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3226Q)
The AW3226Q brings the RGB stripe tandem OLED technology used in Alienware’s recent 39-inch 5K2K AW3926QW to a more conventional flat 32-inch, 16:9 display. Running at 3840 x 2160, it combines a 165Hz refresh rate with a claimed 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time. The tandem OLED design uses a four-stack emissive layer to improve brightness, while the RGB stripe subpixel arrangement promises better colour reproduction and cleaner text rendering.
HDR performance includes up to 1,000 nits peak brightness, VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 and Dolby Vision certification. The panel covers 99% of the DCI-P3 colour space and is factory calibrated to a Delta E — colour accuracy scaled — of less than 2.

For gaming, NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync are supported, while HDMI 2.1 FRL makes the monitor suitable for current-generation consoles as well as PC. Alienware has also included height, tilt and swivel adjustment, narrow bezels and its Nova Black AW30 design. A personalised anti-burn-in algorithm helps manage image retention, backed by a three-year warranty that includes OLED burn-in coverage.
Alienware 25 560Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW2527HX)
The AW2527HX takes a very different approach. Developed with input from Team Liquid’s professional esports players, the 24.5-inch QD-OLED display prioritises refresh rate, responsiveness and motion clarity above resolution.
Its headline feature is a huge 560Hz refresh rate, the fastest Alienware has offered, paired with a claimed 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time. DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR13.5 provides enough bandwidth to operate without Display Stream Compression (DSC).
Despite its focus on speed, Alienware hasn’t ignored image quality. The monitor offers VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, effectively infinite OLED contrast and peak brightness of up to 1,500 nits. A matte anti-glare, low-reflectance coating is also designed to maintain visibility under bright tournament and LAN lighting.
The stand has been developed with competitive setups in mind, including height and rotation markings for reproducing a preferred position, a compact base for aggressively angled keyboards and support for more extreme screen angles. A dedicated esports button can also quickly switch between 4:3 and 3:2 aspect ratios.
A graphite sheet helps spread heat across the panel, while an AI-based system mitigates burn-in at the pixel level. It’s also backed by a three-year warranty covering OLED burn-in.
Pricing and Availability
The Alienware 32 4K OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3226Q) will be available in Australia from October 2026.

The Alienware 25 560Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW2527HX) is scheduled to arrive in early Q1 2027.
Australian pricing for both monitors is yet to be announced.
Conclusion
Alienware’s two new OLED monitors aren’t simply different sizes of the same product. The AW3226Q looks like the more versatile choice, combining 4K resolution, OLED image quality and a 165Hz refresh rate in a format that works across PC, console and everyday desktop use.
The AW2527HX is much more specialised. Most gamers won’t need anything close to 560Hz, but competitive players chasing maximum responsiveness now have another OLED alternative to the ultra-fast TN displays traditionally used for esports.
