When it comes to ecosystems in tech, Samsung is building a pretty impressive family of devices that work together and it just got a lot better with the confirmation of its 2025 lineup. Image Matrix Tech toured HOUSE OF WONDER this week, a fully functional display of the latest Samsung products at Sydney’s historic Town Hall. The exhibition shows 2025 TVs, Soundbars, Art TVs, Fridges and more.
“We know that everyone’s lifestyle is unique and their technology needs to work just for them,” said Phil Gaut, Director – Consumer Electronics, Samsung Australia.
“By introducing Vision AI and AI Home, more Samsung devices around the home will deliver secure and hyper-personalised experiences that continue to learn over time, creating new ways for Australians to live better.”

Neo QLED 8K

Joining Samsung’s outstanding S95F OLED series are new Neo QLED 8K TVs. The QN990F and QN900F also come with Glare-Free matte screens. The Neo QLED 8K series brings Samsung’s Art Store to 8K displays for the first time, alongside Vision AI’s new Generative Wallpaper feature.
The most advanced feature is the all-new Wireless One Connect Box. It makes installation and cable connection easy and it can transmit an 8K 120Hz signal up to 10 metres. At the HOUSE OF WONDER the box was hidden behind a mirror – not in line of sight – and it worked perfectly. This isn’t easy to do.
The Neo QLED 8K QN990F (85”, 75”, 65”) models are just 12.9mm thick and almost bezel-less with their Infinity Air Design.
An 8K TV needs a lot of pixel moving horse power so that’s why Samsung’s most advanced NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor is inside the QN990F series. 8K AI Upscaling Pro transforms SD, HD, and 4K content into 33MP per frame. Motion Xcelerator 240Hz helps the TV keep up with gaming and sports action. AI Motion Enhancer Pro smooths the motion of fast-moving visuals and text.
The Neo QLED 8K QN900F (85”, 75”, 65”) features a Metal Frame that can be mounted near-flush against the wall. It comes with Motion Xcelerator 165Hz for fast action content. Dedicated top-channel speakers power Dolby Atmos sound, while Object Tracking Sound+ provides dynamic, realistic audio that follows the movements on screen.

Neo QLED 4K

Most people will be interested in Samsung’s 2025 Neo QLED 4K lineup. It’s the most expansive range yet, including QN90F (98”, 85”, 75”, 65”), QN85F (85”, 75”, 65”, 55), QN80F (100”) and QN70F (85”, 75”, 65”, 55”). They all feature Quantum Matrix (tiny) Mini LEDs .
The QN90F features an upgraded NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor that upscales older content into 4K UHD. Neo Quantum HDR+ analyses each scene to boost brightness and Motion Xcelerator 165Hz helps smooth out motion. You’ll also find Samsung’s Glare-Free technology on this model. Both the QN80F and QN70F feature the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor while the Motion Xcelerator is still a speedy 144Hz.
The sizes are big.
The QN80F’s 100-inch model and the QN90F’s 98-inch model use Samsung’s Supersize Picture Enhancer, which uses AI to improve the end result across a larger panel.

The Frame Pro

I expect The Frame Pro to be a huge seller this year in the fast growing Art TV category. The display at the HOUSE OF WONDER was beautifully arranged with wall-to-wall Frame TVs. It made want to buy one right there and then.
The Frame Pro (85”, 75”, 65”) has been upgraded with a Neo QLED 4K display and NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor. It’s the first Art TV to offer 4K wireless transmission via a Wireless One Connect Box. This will open up many more placement options in the home. The Frame Pro also features a Matte Display, which is UL-certified for minimised glare. The Slim-Fit wall mount is included to help the TV sit nearly flush against the wall, just like a painting.
The integrated Motion and Brightness Sensor helps save energy by prompting the TV to turn off automatically when the room is empty. It also adjusts brightness and colour temperature based on ambient lighting. The Frame Pro has some strong TV credentials too, like 144Hz dynamic refresh rate so gaming and content is ultra-smooth.

Just like The Frame, The Frame Pro offers customisable bezels in various colours and styles to suit individual design preferences. Samsung has also improved The Frame lifestyle TV (55”, 43”) by dialling up the refresh rate to 144 Hz and including the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor.
